In The Essential Classroom, I offer focused, results-driven individual tutoring in reading, writing, and academic skills.
With nearly two decades as a New York State-certified teacher in history and special education, plus advanced Harvard training in educational leaderships and culturally responsive literacy instruction, I specialize in differentiating instruction for every learner — including students with IEPs (13 disability classifications, 504 plans, at-risk behavior, learning differences, gifted students, college students or those simply needing extra support to thrive.

Session Rates
- Elementary: $95 (45 minutes) or $110 (60 minutes) per session
- Middle School: $100 (45 minutes) or $115 (60 minutes) per session
- High School / Regents / College Prep: $105 (45 minutes) or $125 (60 minutes) per session
Monthly Packages (4 sessions, paid in advance — strongly recommended for consistent progress)
- Elementary: $360 – $420
- Middle School: $380 – $440
- High School / College Prep: $400 – $480
